I just realized I probably know as much as Torch does about it, and I’m under no embargo (that I know of) since I work at a dealer and have access to all the specs and stuffs through training and whatnot.

I pay attention to such things, and I did not know they were still making the Pacifica.

Awwww yeah, we getting the scoop now!
It’ll never be sold in the UK, so I don’t have a question.

I’ve got the answers:
1. Some
2. Between 19 and 80 mpg
3. Not yet, but most likely before long.

That’s pretty solid on the gas motor.
Towing capacity of 3500 pounds or recommended zero towing?

It’s not a Pacifica.. They retired the Towne and Country name and renamed their minivan the Pacifica.

Good, cause I’m too lazy to go through all the crap, and some of the links to the info are giving me 404 errors. THANKS, CHRYSLER.

Huh ... probably a mistake, as the Town & Country name has a lot of cachet. Sister has had two of them.

I’ve seen a few Voyagers in the past few days. LANCIA VOYAGERS.

Does it still have Stow and Go? Honestly, that's the biggest thing Chrysler has going with the Caravan (it's not a Pacifica, damnit).

Yep. Except the Hybrid. It uses that space for the battery pack.

Not to mention the Pacifica was a one generation and done turd.

Tom & Ray complained that, for a car of its size, it got crap mileage.

My biggest question you probably won’t be able to answer: What’s the build quality and long term reliability look like?

I’m about to lease (another) T&C because they’re so very cheap now that the Pacifica is here. The T&C of course is ancient and damned with the faint praise of “good enough.” (Cheap enough, quick enough, comfortable enough, big enough... Rotten gas mileage though.) It moves lots of little people through a routine and occasionally through a visit to Grandma, who lives far enough.
Question though - what am I missing? Besides a difference of thousands of dollars, am I giving up on something that doesn’t show on the spec sheet? Have they finally made it nice to drive?

Won’t know ‘till they get here. But its a minivan, I don’t expect anyone to be wholly impressed. Other than the toys and the hybrid model, it brings nothing new to the game.
